Please keep cars on the hardcore and not on the grass. Please remain in the car until your time slot. We will indicate when it is safe for you to get out of your car. Please do not let your dog off their lead until you are within the secure Park and the gate is shut. (You will be shown the location of both Parks on your first visit.)

The right to refuse

The land and business owner has the right to refuse entry to the field(s) to customers at any time for safety  reasons and/or if the customer is in breach of any of the following rules.

Data protection and handling

Your  information will not be shared and will be kept safe.

Rules and conduct

• Please ensure that dogs are on a lead and under control until you enter the correct Park and close the gate.

• The Parks are situated on private land. Therefore it is asked that you do not under any circumstances,  venture from the marked pathways to and from the carpark to the fields.

• Please do not discard cigarettes in the Parks (or through the fences). Take ends away with you or put in poo bins. This includes the car park. Cigarettes are fatal to dogs if consumed.

• Please make sure all rubbish and dog faeces are picked up. Please take all rubbish home with you.

• Please make sure your dog is not left unattended whilst using the Park. You should be in the field at all times with your dog.

• Please make every effort to stay within your allotted time slot. Please make sure you have vacated the Park, leave the gate closed behind you and that you have left the car park within the hire period.

• When arriving, please do so as close to your time slot as possible. Under no circumstances are you to remove your dog from your vehicle until the person(s) before you have left the premises completely. If  the customer before you is overlapping into your assigned time slot, please be patient- we are probably already helping the customer get themselves organised. Please be courteous to other users and the members of Team Zoomies. If you have a very reactive dog please let us know on booking and we will endeavour to help with making sure you have the very best handover.

• You are welcome to bring and use your own toys at the Park.  Please make sure all toys and parts are taken home with you. If you are unable to retrieve a toy- ie if it's over a fence please make us aware and we will find it for you. Toys are provided- if your dog breaks/chews it - please remove all the bits and pop in the poo bin by the gate.

• Any damages to the Park/equipment caused by the customer or their dog(s) are to be paid for by the  customer.

• Hire is not allowed by anyone under the age of 18. Children are welcome but must be accompanied by  an adult at all times.

Safety

• Please consider that although efforts are made to keep the environment and Parks as safe as possible, outside influences such as, but not limited to, wildlife defecating/digging burrows, biting insects, birds,  weather, uneven ground, foreign objects in the earth, stinging nettles/brambles/trees etc. are all hazards  still to be considered by anyone using the fields.  The pond in the Wild Park is made with a slope so most dogs can find their feet- please only use it if you are confident in your dogs abilities in water. Please do not throw rocks in the Pond as they could injure a dog.

• Although fences are checked regularly  to ensure they are safe and secure, this  does not guarantee that your dog cannot escape.  Please do not climb on fences/gates or equipment. It has been made for the dogs to enjoy- not for humans climbing on them.

• It is advisable to have all dogs using the Park  up to date on inoculations and vaccinations. Do not bring your dog to the field if they currently have, or are recovering from any infectious illness or disease. In cases where kennel cough/sickness is rife we may remove bowls and toys.  If your dog shows any signs of illness in the days following a visit to the field, please let us know by  phone/facebook/email or text immediately.

• A first aid kit that is suitable for humans and dogs is provided on site. One in the Bothy and one in the office. Please ask for help if needed.
