Safety:

We take safety very seriously here at Zoomies Aberdeen.

Upon arrival you will enter the main carpark gate. A member of the team will normally be waiting for you at the gate but if not please do not open the gate if there are dogs in the carpark.

If it’s all clear please come in and shut the gate behind you - please try to be as close to the start of your time slot as possible. If you are early you may have to wait in your car until your time slot so please bear this in mind.

We do not want that carpark gate to be open if there are dogs in the carpark or heading up from the Play Park- we do not want anyones dogs getting loose!

Stay in your car with your dog until a member of the Zoomies team lets you know that you can come down to the Parks. Please put your dog on a lead from the car until you get into the Park and the gate is shut behind you. When its time to leave dogs must be on leads returning to the car.

We will not open the carpark gate until all dogs are safely in their cars- if you would like to stand and chat with your friends please secure your dogs first as it means we can get the next clients in- however if the next dog is human reactive we will normally ask you to make your way out of the carpark before we get them unloaded. This is for your safety and so they have the most positive start to their session.

The equipment in the Parks is designed and made for the dogs- please refrain from standing, climbing or sitting on the equipment (obviously the benches are made for sitting!) or the fences or gates.
